Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you have to give a brief presentation about your business? You don’t need to be a trained spokesperson or have experience speaking in front of people in the past to be able to speak eloquently about your business — if you’ve thought about some things in advance. Here are some things you might want to prepare in advance.
1. A Mission Statement. What is your “mission?” You might already have a mission statement, which is a public statement that describes the purpose, values, and focus of your company. It pretty much stays the same over time.
2. A Vision Statement. Somewhat different from your mission statement, a vision statement looks forward and describes your long-range goals, and details who you plan to impact with your services.
